Biography
Born in 1983, Gaspar Claus, son of the famous flamenco guitarist Pedro Soler, began studying cello at the age of five. He follows an ultra classical training with great pedagogues such as Philip Muller at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris. But the young Gaspard adores atypical musical experiences and prefers to venture on side roads in pop music (Ramona Cordova, Damo Suzuki, Cali…), electro (Joakim de Tigersushi…), or experimental. He also collaborates with dancers (Nina Dipla, Moeno Wakamatsu), actors (Anne Alvaro, Serge Pey), masseurs and animals… Thus was born “Schrödinger's Cat”, an extravagant show project combining music, physical sciences and animals servants!
