Charly García (born Carlos Alberto García Moreno on October 23, 1951) is a singer-songwriter, pianist, keyboardist, guitarist and bassist from Argentina with a long career in rock music, forming successful groups such as Sui Generis and Serú Girán, cult status groups like La Máquina de Hacer Pájaros, and as a solo musician. Widely considered by critics as one of the most influential rock artists in the Spanish rock scene.
