7Б (7B) is a pop rock band from Russia featuring vocals of Ivan Demyan.
"7B" in the Russian army is roughly the same as "Section 8" in the US Army or "Profile 21" in the Israely army - in other words "unfit for military service", usually due to a mental illness.
