
Eviana Martin co-founded Martin Law Firm, P.L. with her husband, Steven. She represents consumers in bankruptcy proceedings — Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 — handles probate matters across Lee and Collier counties, and litigates personal injury cases. She has obtained bankruptcy discharges for thousands of individuals over the firm's twenty years.
Born and raised in Latvia, Eviana began community-service work as a volunteer at a local orphanage. After emigrating to the United States, she earned a B.A. from Barry University in Miami and went on to a juris doctor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she clerked for the Honorable William T. Smith in the Family Division and for the Public Defender's Office of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit.
Her recognitions include Martindale-Hubbell's AV Preeminent peer rating, multiple selections to Super Lawyers' Florida Rising Stars list, and three consecutive years as an Up and Comer in Florida Trend's Legal Elite. She served as President of the Cape Coral Bar Association in 2014 and was appointed by Governor DeSantis as a Trustee of the Florida SouthWestern State College District Board.
