Dustin Butler handles family law matters and estate planning for clients across Southwest Florida. His family law practice spans the full range of cases — high-asset dissolutions involving complex marital estates on one end, and parents working through their first parenting plan on the other.
Originally from Terre Haute, Indiana, Dustin earned a B.A. in political science with high distinction from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, where he was named a Masarachia Scholar and twice a Top 100 student. He went on to the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating cum laude with a curriculum focused on litigation. While in law school he served as a Teaching Assistant for Trial Practice and as a Certified Legal Intern at the State Attorney's Office for the Eighth Judicial Circuit.
Dustin is active in the Family Law, Trial Lawyers, and General Practice sections of the Florida Bar, and the Lee County Bar Association.
