NeuraWeb Solves the Creator Migration Problem That Cost Rumble Over $1 Billion in Litigation

CAPE CORAL, FL — NeuraWeb Global Inc. today announced the availability of NeuraDrive YouTube Import, a revolutionary approach to creator content migration that fundamentally solves the problem that has cost competing platforms years of litigation and over $1 billion in legal claims. THE PROBLEM: PLATFORMS FIGHTING OVER YOUR DATA For years, video platforms have tried to help creators migrate their content from YouTube through server-to-server transfer tools. The most prominent example is Rumble, which built a YouTube Sync feature in 2021 that automatically pulled creator videos from YouTube to Rumble's servers. The tool worked for two years before Google began blocking the syncs in fall 2023 without warning or communication. Rumble reported that Google's actions significantly reduced the average number of hours of video uploaded to their platform each day. Despite requests through legal channels, YouTube would not confirm if or when access would be restored. The situation escalated into two federal antitrust lawsuits. Rumble's first suit, filed in January 2021, alleged Google rigged search results to favor YouTube and forced Android manufacturers to pre-install YouTube. A second suit filed in May 2024 sought injunctive relief and damages exceeding $1 billion, targeting Google's advertising monopoly. In May 2025, a federal judge dismissed Rumble's first case on statute of limitations grounds — years of litigation and millions in legal fees, dismissed without the court ever reaching the substance of the antitrust claims. As of today, Rumble's sync tool remains broken, with creators reporting persistent errors when attempting to link their YouTube accounts. THE NEURAWEB DIFFERENCE: USER-EMPOWERED MIGRATION NeuraWeb's approach is architecturally different from every competing platform's failed strategy. "Every platform that tried to solve this problem made the same mistake," said S. Vincent Anthony, Chairman, CEO, and Chief Visionary of NeuraWeb Global Inc. "They built server-to-server tools where their infrastructure downloads from YouTube on the creator's behalf. That gives Google one target to block, and they blocked every single one of them. Rumble, Odysee, BitChute — Google crushed them all." NeuraDrive YouTube Import takes a fundamentally different approach. The creator uses their own Google account, their own YouTube Studio download authorization, and YouTube's own legitimate creator download endpoint. NeuraDrive simply orchestrates the transfer. YouTube sees a creator downloading their own videos — because that is exactly what is happening. "Google cannot block this without breaking their own Studio download button for every creator on the platform," Anthony explained. "We did not try to be the middleman. We empowered the creator to exercise their existing right to download their own content. That is a right Google themselves provide." WHAT HAPPENS AFTER IMPORT Once videos are in NeuraDrive, they are stored with full Single Source of Truth (SSOT) metadata — original upload dates, descriptions, titles, and attribution are preserved. Creators can then publish directly to EchoStream, NeuraWeb's unified media platform, where they retain full ownership of their content and earn 20-95% revenue sharing. Unlike YouTube, which can demonetize or suppress content based on opaque algorithmic decisions, EchoStream delivers content chronologically to subscribers without algorithmic manipulation. A QUESTION OF PRIORITIES The resources spent on platform wars between corporations fighting over the right to monetize creator content represent a staggering misallocation of capital. Billions of dollars in legal fees, corporate development costs, and competitive spending — none of which benefited a single creator or viewer. "While corporations spent billions fighting over who gets to harvest creator data, we built a system that returns that data to the people who created it," said Anthony. "The question every creator should be asking is simple: why are platforms fighting over you instead of fighting for you?"
