Doja Cat and Chris Rock eyed this massive NYC penthouse — which just rented for $30K per month

Add The New York Post on Google This stunning Soho penthouse duplex with a private terrace and sweeping city views is a magnet for celebrities.

The home, which has been gut-renovated, recently rented for $30,000 a month to a local tenant in finance — a record per-square-foot price so far this year, brokers said.

The 111 Wooster St. aerie is also currently on the market for $4.75 million — with the current tenant in place.

High-profile house hunters who saw the property have included singer Doja Cat, with an entourage in tow, our spies say.

Separately, multi-award-winning comedian Chris Rock came by. The real estate aficionado has toured swanky Soho spots in the past, as Gimme Shelter previously noted. Rock came on his own and was “a very cool, laid back guy,” our spy said.

“He has a very specific location in mind, in Soho, and this is it,” our spy said, adding that the size of the penthouse may been a little on the smaller side for the superstar.

Singer-songwriter Hozier, of “Take Me to Church” and his girlfriend, model Hana Mayeda, also toured the penthouse — as did Richard Schiff, who won a Primetime Emmy for his role as White House communications director Toby Ziegler on “The West Wing.”

Celebrities appear to be drawn to the loft in part because while “it’s a great location on a triple prime Soho block, it’s not crazy crowded,” said Douglas Elliman broker Evan Shaffer, who is listing the apartment with Micah Zimmerman.

It has also been gut-renovated and comes with breathtaking views, Shaffer said.

“It’s a true duplex inside and out, with two levels of outdoor space that are spectacular,” Shaffer added.

The 1,620-square-foot abode comes with two bedrooms and two baths. It’s at the top of a six-story building that dates to 1891 on a charming, cobblestoned street.

The newly renovated aerie comes with a chef’s kitchen with a walk-in pantry and a full-sized washer/dryer.

A main bedroom suite boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, a skylight and panoramic city views. A second bedroom features a sliding glass wall and can also function as a private guest room, an office or a creative studio. Both bedrooms come with built-in closets.

Design details include wide-plank white oak floors and high ceilings. The two-story outdoor, landscaped spaces feature custom seating, irrigated planter boxes and views from the Empire State Building to One World Trade.
