Manning is the band associated with singer/songwriter Guy Manning assembled at various points throughout his writing career, and finally created as a permanent assembly in January–May 2008. As of Jan 2014, the band has retired. Guy Manning (born 20 January 1957, Leeds, Yorkshire, England) is an English multi-instrumentalist and singer, best known for his own album work and for his membership of progressive rock bands Parallel or 90 Degrees, The Tangent and his own, Manning.
