Biography
The Capitol Steps are a political comedy group based in Washington D.C. Many of their current members have worked in Congressional offices on Capitol Hill. To write their songs, they take a melody from a well-known song and write satirical lyrics about a political topic of the day. Since their inception in 1981, they have recorded 27 albums.
