What Happened
Lt. of the Fire Department of the City of New York, who died of an illness from the rescue and recovery at the World Trade Center. The department added the name to its World Trade Center Memorial Wall at the ceremony of 06 September 2012. Died on 04 April 2012. The date is from the New York State Fallen Firefighters Memorial Roll of Honor, published by the State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services, which also records the name as cut on panel 2 Bottom of the State memorial at Albany.
