Incident
Patrolman Duggan was shot and killed while he and other officers served a warrant on a suspect. As Patrolman Duggan walked passed a closet the suspect opened fire from within it. Other officers returned fire, striking the suspect.
Survivors
Patrolman Duggan had been with the agency for six years and was survived by four children.
