Josh, loved and still love you like a brother. As a teenager I remember you taking on the role of "big brother" and I was proud then and even more proud now to call you not only my brother in blue but MY BROTHER. I was so happy to see you in uniform but scared as well. Knowing the amazing heart you had and the trust you offered to everyone without doubt. I can't say you have been in a better place all these years because in my heart...here was a better place with you in it.
