Policeman Eugenio Vigo-Rodriguez was shot and killed while responding to a disturbance at Barrio Guayabal in Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico. The subject who shot him was also shot and killed. Policeman Vigo-Rodriguez had served with the Puerto Rico Police Department for two years.
