Incident
Officer Conner was killed when he was struck by a vehicle while on foot patrol on Chester Pike shortly after midnight. The driver of the vehicle drove Officer Conner to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries approximately six hours later.
Survivors
Officer Conner had been with the agency for two years and was survived by his wife and five children.
