Incident

Policeman Harry Feinberg was shot and killed as he attempted to stop four occupants in an automobile. He was shot in the chest before he could draw is gun. A 17-year-old passerby grabbed Policeman Feinberg's revolver and emptied it at the back of the car as it sped off. It was believed that he hit one of the suspects who was heard screaming with pain.
