Police Officer Cahill was killed when he fell from a flight of basement stairs in a pitch-black basement. Officer Cahill had responded to the building after hearing an explosion.
Survivors
Officer Cahill had been with the agency for 10 years and was survived by his wife and seven-month-old daughter.
