“Here is a good photo of him at Shop with a Cop years ago. He never aged, always had this baby face. He loved doing this event… Dave was on the Crisis Intervention team and one of the calmest, most mild mannered person. But don’t get me wrong he had a hilarious dry sense of humor everyone loved. I hadn’t pulled up this photo in a long time. I cried hard when I saw his wonderful grin. He was the BEST big brother and my rock from day one.”
