Trooper Anthony Fotiou suffered a fatal heart attack while conducting commercial vehicle inspections at the Carney's Point Scales.
Trooper Fotiou had served with the New Jersey State Police for 23 years and was assigned to the Commercial Vehicle Inspection Unit.
