Incident
Chief Arthur Sem succumbed to injuries sustained 6 months earlier when he was struck by a vehicle while investigating a traffic accident. The vehicle that struck him skidded out of control on the icy road surface.
Survivors
Chief Sem was survived by his wife and three children.
