Biography
Jeffrey Arruda was born and raised in Taunton, Massachusetts. A third-generation Army veteran, he served in the US Army before being discharged in 1998. He earned an Associate degree from Fisher College, a Bachelor's degree from Salem State University, and a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from UMass Lowell. He joined the Taunton Police Department and served for 14 years, with the last 9 on the active force as a Patrolman. Outside of duty he loved traveling, sports, and playing LEGOs with his son Jacoby. He was 38 years old.
