Incident
Constable L.R. Campbell was shot and killed while attempting to quell a disturbance at the Knox County Fairgrounds. A group of people fired at each other, killing Constable Campbell and wounding a police officer. One of the subjects was also killed in the shooting.
The suspect who shot Constable Campbell was apprehended.
