Incident
Marshal McInroy was shot and killed while attempting to arrest a thief. The 41-year-old suspect fled the scene after the shooting and wasn't captured until 1937 in Nogalas, Arizona.
The suspect, who had advanced tuberculosis, was convicted of fourth degree manslaughter and sentenced to two years.
