Biography
Patsy Ann Swank arrived in this world on March 17, 1993. That signature Patsy aura? Laughs, good vibes, and positivity. Yeah, she was born that way; a true gift. Among friends and family, Patsy was known as the life of any party. She was a true goofball and loved to laugh and share good times with loved ones. Growing up she put on shows with her cousins, dancing and singing along with all the hottest pop stars. Patsy’s smile could light up a room, but her personality is what set the room ablaze. She was a natural athlete, excelling in lacrosse and basketball throughout her academic career. To know Patsy was to know genuine kindness and the purest heart. She was a blessing to her family and friends, and all those who knew her. This was true even as she worked a shift on her last day on this Earth. Dispatched to a well-being check for a new mom, Patsy arrived on the scene along with other first responders and sadly found the new mom had passed away. Her infant son had lay on the floor with his deceased mom for days. Though he was covered in feces and urine, Patsy never hesitated. Mama mode kicked right in and she picked up that precious little boy and began loving on him. She bathed, fed, and dressed him, and accompanied him to the hospital, where she refused to leave him or put him down. After being all alone for days, what he needed was love and comfort. Patsy was the perfect person to deliver these things. She was such a beautiful soul. The very definition of strength. Halfway through the academy for CPD, Patsy discovered a wonderful surprise was on the way. She completed 17 weeks of the academy pregnant with her first child. December 20, 2016, Patsy became Scottie’s mommy. From that day forward, her life centered around her “son-shine” Scottie.
