Incident
Patrolman Jay Munn was found unconscious from a skull fracture at the corner of 30th Street and 7th Avenue. It is unknown if the injury was the result of an assault or if Patrolman Munn fell on ice.
Patrolman Munn had served with the Rock Island Police Department for six years.
