Biography

Joseph Anthony Snyder’s watch ended Wednesday, June 29th, 2022 at his home in Palm Bay, Florida. “Countywide” Joe was the best of us. He enjoyed the things that brought others joy: sports, fireworks, laughter, and the idea of a big home filled with lots of people and the room for them to enjoy it and each other. He always found time to be there for those who needed him, probably by driving a little too fast to get to you. “Family” was made by deeds, not just blood, and Joseph’s light and smirk attracted many to the family table. His memory will live on with those who emulate his ideals. Brother, uncle, son, peacekeeper. Joseph was preceded in death by grandmother Bernice. He is survived by mother Virginia, father Michael, grandmother Ruby, and siblings Christopher (Tiffany), Jennifer (Brandon), Matthew (Virginia), Phillip (Brittany), Brittney (Anthony), Rebecca and Kaylee. He is also survived by a niece, five nephews, and countless brothers and sisters in uniform that he was proud of serving with each day.
