Incident
Patrol Officer Vincent Arduini was killed in a vehicle crash on Salmon Brook Street, just north of Floydville Road, as he was attempting to catch up with a speeding vehicle. He lost control of his patrol car due to a curve and wet road conditions. Officer Arduini and the driver of the other vehicle were both killed in the crash. Officer Arduini had served with the Granby Police Department for only nine months.
