Incident
Officer Manning was killed in a motorcycle accident while en route home at the end of his shift. Officer Manning's police motorcycle crashed into a field. The accident scene wasn't discovered for seven hours. Officer Manning was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries 21 days later. He had served with the agency for 8 years.
