Incident
City Marshal Harvey Johnson suffered a fatal heart attack when he was struck in the chest by a suspect he was attempting to arrest.
During the arrest, the suspect began to resist and struggle at which time Marshal Johnson was struck in the chest.
Marshal Johnson had served with the Fouke Police Department for two years.
Survivors
He was survived by his wife and three children.
