His Life

Patrol Officer Raymond Jarrell suffered a fatal heart attack following a high-speed pursuit and a struggle with a subject who was resisting arrest. The 15-year-old was charged with leaving the scene of an accident. Officer Jarrell was a United States Navy WWII veteran and had served with the Chickasaw Police Department for 17 years.
