Incident
Killed alongside his colleagues, PC Tony Collins and PC Kirsty Nelis, when the Police Scotland helicopter, call sign SP99, crashed on to the roof of the Clutha Bar in Glasgow city centre, close to the River Clyde. Seven civilians were also killed.
