Killed alongside Constable Kevin Declan Gorman and Part-Time Constables Declan Greene and Kenneth Thomas Irvine when their police vehicle lost control and struck a wall before bursting into flames near Warrenpoint, County Down, as they responded, in the early hours, to a call for assistance from other officers.
