Incident
Whilst working in his office at Knocknagoney, Belfast, on 27 September 2007, he sustained an injury to his leg in an accidental fall, as a result of which a blood clot developed subsequently causing his death from heart failure.
Died from heart failure caused by a blood clot that developed after sustaining an injury to his leg following an accidental fall, three weeks earlier, while working in his office at Knocknagoney, Belfast, on 27th September.
