Incident
PC Najeeb had been responding to a single vehicle collision in Station Road, Raunds, about 12.35am on Friday 19th September, when he was hit by a blue VW Polo car.
Despite the very best efforts of medical staff at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, he sadly lost his fight for life a week later on Friday 26th September
He joined Northamptonshire Police on 30th May 2022 and had been a with the Response team in Wellingborough. He had previously joined Bedfordshire Police in February 2021, working with the Bedford Community Policing Team as a Police Community Support Officer.
