Incident
PC Moncaster was killed when, just after 7:00am, while travelling on the A15 just south of Caenby Corner, his traffic patrol car collided with a lorry, left the road, crashed through a stone wall and burst into flames.
A seventeen-year-old female Police Cadet sustained serious back and leg injuries in the accident but crawled from the car, attempted to pull Terence from the vehicle, radioed for help and placed warning signs around the wreckage before being taken to Lincoln County Hospital.
PC Moncaster was survived by his pregnant wife and their two-year-old daughter.
