Incident
Having cause to stop to speak a male during the night he turned his bicycle and as he approached collapsed. He was immediately assisted by the male and others nearby but died en route to hospital.
Collapsed while on night-time cycle patrol as he approached a man to whom he had cause to speak. The man and others nearby immediately helped the officer but he died en route to hospital.
