Incident
PC Maguire was declared dead on arrival at Wrexham War Memorial Hospital after sustaining serious injuries when, at 3:00pm, he was involved in a collision with a lorry while on a motorcycle driving course, on the Llanarmon Road, near Mold, in Flintshire, North Wales.
Paul was travelling with another Constable and an instructor at the time of the accident.
He joined Liverpool and Bootle Constabulary in 1964 and was a married man.
