Prior to joining the Force, Cst. McLachlan studied Aircraft Technology. By joining the Force, he followed in his father’s footsteps. Cst. McLachlan was posted to Gimli and Fisher Detachment in Manitoba. He applied for Northern Service and in 1978 he received his transfer to the Yukon Territories. Cst.
