Sr. Cst. Phil Shrive died as a result of injuries he sustained in a two-vehicle collision that occurred on May 16, 2003 near Renfrew Ontario. Phil began his policing career with the OPP in September 1974 and has been stationed at the Renfrew Detachment since 1999.
