Incident
Cst. Worden was dispatched to a complaint as a result of a call for assistance from Hay River. Radio contact with Cst. Worden was maintained up to the point where he advised he intended to enter an address in Hay River. Contact was lost and shortly thereafter additional Hay River Detachment members were dispatched to the scene. Cst. Worden was located in a wooded area outside the home and transported immediately to Hay River Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
