Incident
Cst. Rapeer was a competent handler of horses who was employed as a teamster at Depot Division. Originally Cst. Rapeer left the Force to get married in 1930 and worked for the City of Saskatoon. Cst. Rapeer regretted leaving the RCMP and repeatedly asked to be re-engaged. Cst. Rapeer was accidentally killed while endeavouring to stop a runaway team of horses. At the time of his death, Cst. Rapeer was married and had two children from his first wife. He is buried at Depot. Constable Harry Gilbert Rapeer Inscription on grave marker
