Incident
Trooper Arrowsmith succumbed to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident three days earlier while on accident while on duty in Pilesgrove Township. The accident occurred at the intersection of Harding Highway and Richmond Road when a vehicle entered the highway and caused a collision. He had served with the agency for 16 months.
