Incident

Officer Casey was killed when his police motorcycle was struck by a drunk driver who ran a stop sign. The suspect fled the scene but was apprehended several blocks away. The 65-year-old driver was charged with first degree manslaughter, drunk driving, and running a stop sign.

Officer Casey was survived by his wife and two daughters.
