Incident

Policeman Thomas Kennedy was killed in a motorcycle crash while on duty when he lost control of his motorcycle. While turning at Temple and Hoover Streets, Policeman Kennedy hit the curb and crashed into a traffic signal. He was thrown onto the street and died instantly. Policeman Kennedy was a United States Army Air Corps WWII veteran and served with the Los Angeles Police Department for four years.

Survivors

He was survived by his wife, parents, two brothers, and seven sisters.
