Biography

Stephen was raised in Byfield and had a passion for serving his community by becoming a Police Officer for the Town of Rowley and also for the Town of Byfield as a Call Firefighter. Stephen felt very passionate about giving back to his community anyway he could. When having some down time, Stephen loved to golf and go fishing and was an avid reader and loved academics and the chance to learn anything new. He was an animal lover, especially to his 2 dogs, Archer and Abby and enjoyed his guitar and playing hockey, however, his greatest joy was being the “Master” of his grill!! Stephen brought joy to everyone he touched. He will be sadly missed.
