Incident

Agent Shakeer Luvice-Mora was shot and killed by a drug dealer during an undercover drug buy. As he was negotiating a narcotics purchase the suspects realized he was an undercover officer and shot him execution style. The suspects were arrested and charged with first-degree murder. Agent Luvice-Mora was a U.S. Army veteran and had served with the Puerto Rico Police Department for one year.
