Biography
After 9 years of service, Officer Poore died by suicide on October 23, 2018 at the age of 31. Sean’s death was particularly difficult as he was found in his Sean was a loving father, husband, brother, son and friend. When they spoke of him, they spoke of his kind heart and willingness to help. Sadly, no one around him knew the depth of his depression, he hid it well from those around him. In addition to his wife of 8 years, Sean left behind three beautiful children, his parents and brother. Sean’s father is a retired CHP Sergeant and his brother is currently a CHP officer. The depth of this family’s commitment to their community is immeasurable.
