Biography

Robert “Robbie/Bobby” Longo served as a Patrol Officer with the Chelsea Police Department for over twenty years, working his way up from a Reserve Officer to the Chelsea Police Motorcycle Division. Rob loved riding motorcycles and in his free time, he enjoyed rides with his fellow motorcycle buddies and officers. Rob was a proactive and dedicated public servant with kindness in his heart for everyone he met. His favorite expression was “Knowledge is Power”, and he frequently encouraged his nephews and other youth he met during his work to stay in school and continue their education. Robert is continually missed by all of his family members and many friends on the force.
