Lieutenant Primitivo Casiano-Jusino was shot and killed while responding to a call on Calle Doctor Lopez in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. Lieutenant Casiano-Jusino was a U.S. Army veteran of WWI and had served with the Puerto Rico Police Department for 25 years.
