Incident
PC Oldacre died in the Queen’s Hospital six days after sustaining a fractured skull when, at 9:35pm on 22nd January, he stepped off the path and was struck by a car while on traffic control duty on Walsall Road.
Percy, who was stationed at Perry Barr, on the outskirts of Birmingham, left a wife and three children.
