Biography
Noel was a family man, a problem solver, and a protector. He was funny, yet straightforward, and could always be trusted to help his friends and family when they needed him. With his friends and family was his favorite place to be. He loved his son, Nicholas, and wife, Jacqueline, immensely. Noel dedicated 20 years of his life to serving his community as an Officer for the NYPD Critical Response Command in New York, NY. He always said he was looking forward to retirement so that he could move to Florida to be around his parents, brothers, niece, and nephews. Noel continues to be greatly missed by all of his friends and family.
